The terms and conditions described in this document ("Terms") apply to the ak999 platform and all of its services. By creating an account on ak999, logging in, or using the services in any way, you unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use ak999's services. These Terms may be updated at any time — continuing to use the platform after a change indicates that you have accepted the updated Terms as well.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines — those documents are also an integral part of these Terms.

The following eligibility conditions must be met in order to use ak999's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old ("for ages 21 and above only").
• You must use this account in a personal capacity — not as a representative of any business or third party.
• You must be satisfied that online betting is not legally prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been banned or excluded from ak999.
• You are using this platform knowingly and of your own free will.

A personal account must be created to access services on ak999. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, they will be closed and any bonuses earned may be cancelled.

3.2 Password & Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the ak999 support team immediately. Sharing account credentials with a third party is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Updating Information

If any personal details change (such as your phone number or payment method), you must inform ak999 promptly. ak999 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

ak999 supports transactions through the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available on ak999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if a verification process is ongoing, it may take a little longer.

4.4 Account Verification

ak999 may carry out identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in the withdrawal being held. Once verification is complete, withdrawals are generally processed quickly.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears to be fraudulent or suspicious, ak999 reserves the right to suspend or cancel it and to notify the relevant authorities.

ak999 offers various bonuses to its users. All bonuses have their own terms, which are stated on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 120% bonus of ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example — depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount only).

5.2 How Wagering is Calculated

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus applies only once per account.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses by using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and related winnings being cancelled.
• ak999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus.

ak999 offers cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports betting, as well as live casino and slot games. The following general rules apply to all of these:

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

Results arising from system errors, network outages or data faults will be considered void and ak999 will refund the relevant amount. Taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds or technical errors is prohibited.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute over any betting result, please contact the ak999 support team immediately. The decision of our authority will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak999 platform. If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Abusing bonus benefits or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other users or attempting to defraud them.
• Impersonating an ak999 employee or representative.

ak999 firmly believes that online betting should be a form of entertainment only — not a cause of addiction. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

• Do not bet beyond your own budget.
• Do not bet in an attempt to recover losses ("chasing losses").
• Do not treat betting as a source of income.
• Keep children and minors from accessing your account.

• Delays or failures of third-party services (payment gateways).
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond ak999's control (force majeure).
• Misuse of a user's password or login credentials by a third party.

ak999 is always committed to improving service quality, however an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted service cannot be provided.

11.1 Changes to Terms

ak999 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the ak999 support team. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

11.3 Account Suspension or Closure by ak999

ak999 may suspend or permanently close any account if these terms are violated or suspicious activity is detected. ak999 is not obligated to provide reasons for the decision in such cases, however a fair investigation process will be followed.
